Principal
Jordan Janoski is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and product liability disputes. He routinely handles matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, securities litigation and arbitration, and claims under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). In the area of product liability, Jordan defends both manufacturers and retailers of heavy equipment from claims for design, manufacturing, and warning defects. Jordan also regularly defends professional liability claims, in particular medical malpractice suits. Jordan is a member of the firm’s appellate practice group, and has successfully represented clients in appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and Florida District Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Janoski earned his law degree magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, he was Senior Research Editor of the South Carolina Law Review, a competition-team member of the South Carolina Moot Court Bar, a legal research and writing tutor, and a student ambassador. He received his Bachelor’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University. Jordan has been recognized by his peers as one of Best Lawyers Ones to Watch from 2021 to present.
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Janoski now lives in Jacksonville’s Miramar neighborhood with his wife Annie.
