Eleanor M. Samuels

Eleanor graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Eleanor’s practice focuses on securities disputes, regulatory investigations, business disputes, commercial litigation, and product liability.
While in law school, Eleanor was a member of the Florida Moot Court Team and also an editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. Eleanor received the Book Award for the highest grade in her Real Property Law and Liability Insurance classes. She was also a Teaching Assistant for Real Property. During law school, she interned for Judge Virginia Norton of the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court and worked as a Summer Associate for a large national litigation firm.
Eleanor served as a Certified Legal Intern in the Intimate Partner Violence Clinic at Levin College of Law. During her time there she appeared on behalf of victims of domestic violence in the Eighth Judicial Circuit. Before law school, Eleanor worked as an assistant to the Senior Director of Government Relations at the University of Florida.
Eleanor received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with majors in Religion and English.
